Thanks to the new project of MetaEntry, which won the Rotary Örsçelik Balkan Artificial Intelligence Award, doctors will be able to reach their patients directly through their virtual copies.
Nihat Özkurt, Chairman of the Board of MetaEntry, stated that with their innovative project for the use of digital twins in health tourism, digital twins can replace the physical video footage of doctors and explain medical treatments in various languages.
Multilingual service will be provided with Digital Twins
Thanks to the projects developed by MetaEntry, doctors’ digital twins will be able to provide services in many world languages, especially English. By using artificial intelligence-supported language modeling and translation technologies, digital twins will be able to have realistic conversations in various accents and tones. Özkurt stated that digital twins will prepare videos explaining medical treatment processes, enabling patients to better understand their doctors and treatment processes. These videos will be prepared in different languages to help international patients get detailed information about the treatment. After the texts are approved by the relevant doctor, they will be delivered to the patients by artificial intelligence with the voice of the doctor.
Stating that digital twins are programmed to adapt to patients from different cultural backgrounds, Özkurt said that patients will feel more comfortable. It was also emphasized that the digital twins will be able to answer patients’ questions and address their concerns by providing virtual consultancy services.
A breath of fresh air in Health Tourism
Stating that digital twins can be used in international marketing and promotional activities in health tourism, MetaEntry said, “Promotional videos and content prepared in different languages aim to attract the attention of potential patients and gain trust.” Özkurt emphasized that digital twins are an important step in the globalization of healthcare services and explained that MetaEntry’s innovative projects will enable health tourism to reach wider audiences and enable international patients to receive treatment with confidence. Özkurt said that while the digital twin project will increase the recognition of doctors worldwide, it will also help patients make informed decisions.
