Nobel Pharmaceuticals signed the “Women’s Hand in Industry Project” protocol implemented by TOBB Düzce Women Entrepreneurs Board, which continues its activities under the coordination of Düzce Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in order to increase the number of women employment in the industry and the number of role models that will inspire young people in the industry sector, and to contribute to meeting the need for qualified employment.
At the protocol signing ceremony held in Düzce; Düzce Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Tuncay Şahin, TOBB Düzce Women Entrepreneurs Board Chairman Serap Küçük, Women Entrepreneurs Board Members and Nobel İlaç Factory Director Şener Karaoğlu, Nobel İlaç R&D Group Manager Abdullah Uslu, Nobel İlaç Human Resources Business Partner Serap Akbaş took place.
Delivering a statement at the signing ceremony, Nobel İlaç Düzce Factory Director Şener Karaoğlu stated that they are ready to cooperate with Düzce Chamber of Commerce and Industry and said, “As Nobel Pharmaceuticals, we aim to be one of the exemplary companies in increasing the contribution of our female employees to the industry workforce and economy in our country, by increasing our 30% female employee rate in our Düzce Plant.”
