Important investment for Türkiye
Delivering the speech at the ceremony, BAU Board of Trustees Chairman Enver Yücel said that, as Bahçeşehir University, they have made a significant investment in the oral and dental health sector. Stating that the hospital opened today is a gain for Türkiye, Yücel said, “BAU Oral and Dental Health Hospital, which is equipped with the latest technology devices and will begin its service with its academic expert staff, will not only be our gift to our country, but also take a place in health tourism and host patients from various countries of the world. We are also excited to bring together qualified scientists and important actors of the health sector here. Our academic expert staff will care for each patient as if they were their own relatives. Because both education and health require effective communication, dedication, effort and empathy. Every patient who comes here will first feel good and safe, and then can continue their treatment with peace of mind. On the 100th anniversary of the Republic, we are following in the footsteps of the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, not by repeating his words, but by taking action. This hospital is the biggest proof that we are taking action. We know and believe that without health, nothing happens… Neither the education you receive nor the experiences you gain are of any benefit to you. For this reason, I consider investing in health in the social sphere, first and foremost, as my civic duty.”
“We will be a structure with high satisfaction and benefit to society”
Emphasizing that they are an exemplary institution with what they always do, BAU Rector Prof. Dr. Esra Hatipoğlu continued her words as follows, “Our primary goal for our hospital, which we have established based on trust, is to be a reliable structure that is the most preferred in the national and international arena, has high service satisfaction, and aims to benefit society.
