In the survey conducted by Forbes with the participation of 50,000 employees, AstraZeneca ranked first among pharmaceutical companies in the “Best Employers for Women” 2022 list.
While pushing the boundaries of science to discover drugs that add value to life, AstraZeneca, which draws attention with its support for the development of society and its employees, was included in Forbes’ “Best Employers for Women” 2022 list and ranked first among pharmaceutical companies. The ranking was determined by results from an independent survey of 50,000 employees from companies with at least 1,000 employees in their US operations.
Making a statement on the subject, Feyza Aysan, HR Director at AstraZeneca Türkiye said, “We are proud to be on this list with our policies that support gender equality and our successful work in internal and external gender equality activities.
