Stating that humanity is more overweight than ever before, Nutritionist Dr. Eyyüb Yılmaz said that there are 5 stages of hunger and various messages are sent to our body during these stages. Noting that these messages should be understood correctly, Yılmaz said, “I want to start a wave that will change the way the world is fed. I say 20 kilos in 20 minutes and I explain what needs to be considered in all its simplicity. Reflexes are always 20 minutes. Each hunger attack is 20 minutes. Every phase of hunger actually gives us information.”
“Humanity is more overweight than ever before. Celiac, autism and Alzheimer’s are the gift of GMO foods to us”
Recording that considering at the existence process of human beings from creation to the present, humans have never been this overweight, Yılmaz said, “Never in the history of the world has food been played with this much. Foods contrary to human physiology endanger human health. Many foods that we can think of, from rice to corn, were manipulated. There were never diseases called celiac, autism and Alzheimer’s on earth. These diseases have emerged with the deterioration of foods and genetic modification of foods. The end of these is through proper nutrition.”
“I want to start a wave that will change the way the world eats”
“I believe the way the world eats needs to change. I want to start a wave that will change the way the world eats” Yılmaz added, “There are two types of hunger. One is rejuvenating, the other is aging. Hunger is used as a stimulant of the detox mechanism on human physiology. Hunger activates all detox mechanisms. The goal in detox is to get rid of toxins that have accumulated over the years in the body. Detox is like a holiday cleaning, that is, cleaning the places you have never been in is almost cleaning every corner. Hunger aims to start this detailed cleaning, to empty our warehouses.”
“We need to know how the system works”
Indicating that hunger is the roadmap to get rid of the parts that are least useful to us while emptying our warehouses, Dr. Yılmaz said, “Here, we need to know how the system works. If we manage this process correctly, we will go towards rejuvenation. Otherwise, the situation is reversed. If you are someone who uses their muscles as an energy source and you lose weight from the muscles, the system works incorrectly. This hunger does not benefit you, but harms you, and your weight loss process can result in aging. If you burn muscles, you will lose weight very quickly. The person who melts the muscles starts to melt where he sits, all the collagen structures, muscle structures go to melt and the aging process begins. This is not being able to manage hunger.”
There are 5 stages of hunger, beware of 3 important mistakes!
Declaring that there are 5 stages of hunger and that different parts of our body are cleaned in each stage, Yılmaz said, “What we feel in these 5 stages of hunger and how we manage hunger is very important. Each phase of hunger is actually cleaning a new place. Emptying the stomach, emptying the intestines, emptying the liver.”
20 kilos in 20 minutes
“The feeling of hunger comes in waves. Some waves may be high and some waves may be low, this situation may vary from person to person,” Yılmaz informed on the subject of 20 minutes, “The first wave is the evacuation moment of the stomach. The evacuation reflex of the stomach takes 20 minutes, and the evacuation news of the intestine takes 20 minutes. It takes 2 hours to empty the intestine and 2 hours to empty the stores. It will take 4 hours for the stomach to be emptied. 8 hours in total. Even at the 8th hour, we may not have actually entered a real hunger.”
We misidentify our body’s signals
“We misidentify our body’s signals. What we will understand in the first phase is that our stomach is empty. We say I’m not hungry and after 20 minutes our hunger goes away. In the second, the liver stores are depleted. At least 25 percent of people in Turkey have fatty liver. The reason for this is not being able to bring the hunger process to 8 hours. We sabotage the hunger processes. When we are hungry, we turn to snacks to appease our hunger. While mothers are cooking, they give their children snacks until they are ready to eat. However, that feeling of hunger is a blessing for us. When we are in a state of hunger, we burn toxins. We discard the senescent cells. Since it is directed to the liver stores, we ensure that the stores are emptied. While starvation will completely empty the liver stores, we sabotage the process and prevent the liver stores from being discharged with a snack. And we’re causing the fatty liver process.”
